Between February 1995 to May 2000, 626 consecutive patients underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation for various types of cardiac arrhythmia. The mean age was 41 years, range 1-85 years. Mapping and ablation were guided by intracardiac electrogram and anatomical approaches. The initial success, compliction, recurrent and final success rates are shown below :-
