Prevalence and Factors Associated with Depression among Hill-Tribe High School Students in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand: A Multilevel Cross-Sectional Study
A large proportion of the hill-tribe high school students suffered with depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. Appropriate public health interventions should be developed and implemented to reduce the problem by focusing on those who had underlying diseases, perceived stress, negative life events, anxiety, and smartphone addiction. Moreover, implementation should be integrated into their families, peers, and social environments.

Characteristics and Long-Term Outcome of Adenocarcinoma of the Esophagogastric Junction: A 23-Year Experience at a Tertiary Hospital in Thailand
This study is the first study on adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (AEG) in Thailand, showing increasing number comparable to those in Western countries. A greater proportion of AEG cases in Thailand were classified as Siewert type 2 and 3. The survival prognosis was still unfavorable and requires improvement in upcoming instances.

Risk Factors Associated with Exacerbation Frequency in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
COPD exacerbation, a crisis in healthcare systems, flared up by multi-factors; smoking, one of them, including current and ex-smoking, is strongly supported by the present study with significant associations; baseline lung function; and BMI are suggested to be considered for further investigations; chronic dust exposures (i.e., coal and organic dust), preventable and yet under-acknowledged factors, especially in lower-to-middle income countries where agriculture and factory works are the main income of their rural populations, which requires more attention to be given.

The Efficacy of I-ALP Analgesic Gel in Acute and Subacute Musculoskeletal Pain: A Randomized Double-Blind Controlled Trial
The I-ALP gel is a topical analgesic formula developed from four types of herbal components which include Plai extract (14%), Longan seed extract (8%), Arnica extract (5%) and Immortelle extract (4%). This novel topical gel can reduce inflammation of the muscles in patients with muscle pain in the acute and the semi-acute phase. This study can be concluded that I-ALP analgesic gel can be used to reduce pain in patients with muscle pain in the acute and subacute phase effectively.

Effect of a 50 mg Caffeine Coffee Intake on Bowel Function Recovery in Postoperative Cesarean Delivery Patients: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Drinking coffee with a cup of 50 mg caffeine coffee after cesarean delivery did not significantly improve the bowel function recovery. The higher dosage of caffeine coffee needs further studies.
