The Expenses for Manuscripts to be Published in the JMAT
The expenses for manuscripts to be published in the Journal of the Medical Association of Thailand (JMAT).
Due to the policy reformation on the manuscripts submit to be published in the Journal of the Medical Association of Thailand, the adjusted expenses for the publication are:
1. Authors are to contact JMAT for manuscript submission fees.
2. If the author of the accepted manuscript for publishing in the JMAT requests
10 copies of the reprints the additional charge including delivery will cost THB 1,000; purchasing of hard copy will cost THB 150 per copy plus actual postal charge. To order the reprint/hard copy, fill up the order form attach to the return manuscript for art correction.
3. The editorial staff will send the artwork of the manuscript to the authors for correction and proof reading, and also the cost of the publication’s to be returned within 7 days. This is the final process before publishing, after this, there will be no acceptance for correction of the author’s name.
4. Each accepted manuscript will be published within 6 months after the date in which the author returning the final artwork correction to the journal office.
5. The JMAT office requests the payment for the publication fee/plus cost of reprints, hard copies ordered if any as stated in the invoice within 15 days staring from the day the Journal send the manuscript artwork for correction and proof reading.
Any delay of payment would cause delay in printing schedule.
6. Request for publishing discount as post by the office of the JMAT should be
accompanied on the first submit manuscript for publishing.
