Recently there was a national meeting which was academic, philosophical and practical. Something stimulated one to think about a policy of the medical school which required a student to have two degrees. This was very interesting and led to the question "Why is this so?" Is it for academic excellence of the centre or is it for personal excellence? People with many degrees in many specialties sometimes still have the same ideology, working habit and way of life. From observation made over decades in real life confirm that sometime able person does not need to make it harder for oneself. In being hard working and responsible in one chosen profession according to the teaching of Lord Buddha will unbelievably lead to success in life.
