It is really hard to get the best resolution if all concerned do their work by their words. This is a big difticulty on professional progress. From our sample case, there are many parties concerned in the ethical issues in medical practices. Many medical organizations push doctors and medical instructors to donate their effort in teaching method, ethic contents and appraisal method, assuming to get better ethics in medical practice of the future doctors.
Many years passed are the clear proof that ethics mostly work on fabulous words only. There are lots of complaints whether the contents of ethic subject are right or wrong, why no one helps to rewrite, how the teaching method should be, why don't perform to be good sample for ethical doctor, that the malpractice on ethics is and the improper manner of the medical instructor. Mostly of the complaints are done by words with no further action and without their awareness that their complaints decline the good intention of other colleagues and medical institute.
It is found that some medical schools consider no credits for medical instructors who teach ethical subjects. For example, a medical instructor wants to apply for his academic promotion to be assis tant professor, associate professor or professor, he can not use his works on ethics as his references, such as the article, textbook on ethics due to no widely academic references.
The above thought, and such considerations have some effects on each step of ethic work in medical practice, of which everyone learns by heart that ethics are very important for doctors in the future.
