Outcomes of Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis with Combination Conventional Synthetic Disease-Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs Therapy: A Hospital Database in Real-World Data

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients treated with a combination of csDMARDs showed positive results, with 35.82% achieving treatment targets using 1 to 3 types and 67.80% achieving targets with 4 types, all with minimal increase in complications.

Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Management of Colorectal Cancer Patients in the Tertiary Care Hospital in Thailand

The present study examined the impact of COVID-19 on treating colorectal cancer. The total surgeries did not decrease but increase in advanced cancer staging (Stage III-IV) during the COVID-19 outbreak was observed. This may be due to the reduction in cancer case screenings, leading to patients presenting with emergencies requiring more frequent emergency operations.

Sleep Assessment by Actigraphy in Obstructive Sleep Apnea Patients after Positive Airway Pressure Therapy

Short-term use of positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy in newly treated severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients resulted in meaningful improvement in sleep continuity, daytime sleepiness, and sleep quality, within one week, with good PAP adherence.
