Long-Term Outcomes of Percutaneous Balloon Aortic Valvuloplasty: Experience in Single Tertiary Center

Percutaneous balloon aortic valvuloplasty effectively relieved congenital aortic stenosis, but long-term follow-up revealed progressive aortic regurgitation and frequent reintervention. These findings emphasize the need to balance immediate gradient reduction against future valve durability in children.
