Innaqua® is a biocellulose wound dressing researched and developed in Thailand. It creates an optimal environment for wounds. The present study demonstrated clinical safety in human use. Does Early Rehabilitation Admission Improve Functional Outcomes of Stroke Patients after a Short Hospital Stay? A Thai Retrospective Study on 596 Patients
Stroke survivors should be apt to short hospitalized rehabilitation within 30 days after the symptoms begin. In other words, early stroke onsets to rehabilitation admission intervals could help improve functional outcomes, compared with late stroke onsets to rehabilitation admission intervals.

Lipid Profile Improvement after Switching to Dolutegravir-Based Regimen in People Living with HIV: A Cohort Study
Dolutegravir (DTG), a second-generation nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, is widely used as a key antiretroviral therapy in Thailand. While it demonstrates favorable effects on lipid profiles, body weight gain - an important factor for cardiovascular outcomes - should be monitored closely.

Evaluate the Risk of Multilevel Non-Contiguous Spinal Fractures in Patients with Traumatic Cervical Spine Injury: A 12-Year Retrospective Study
The present study identified critical risk factors for multilevel noncontiguous spine fractures in patients with traumatic cervical spine fracture were motor weakness, intracranial injuries, intrathoracic injuries, intraabdominal injuries. These findings can help guide clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Worsened Seizure Control in Pediatric Patients with Epilepsy during COVID-19 Pandemic in Tertiary Care Hospital
Approximately five percent of pediatric patients with epilepsy experienced worsened seizure control during the COVID-19 pandemic. This highlights the importance of continuous care for this vulnerable group, even between limitations in travel and access to medical services. Forty percent of guardians reported difficulty in scheduling follow-up physician appointments. These findings suggest the importance of establishing efficient medication delivery and telemedicine services for epilepsy care be considered in future planning, especially in anticipation of potential future waves of COVID-19 or other disease outbreaks.
