HIGHLIGHTED ARTICLE
Septic shock in children often evolves rapidly and unpredictably. This study presents a practical pediatric sepsis score with strong predictive performance, offering clinicians a potentially valuable tool for identifying high-risk patients before irreversible deterioration occurs.
How long should resuscitation continue in the emergency department? By examining the relationship between CPR duration and patient outcomes, this study provides clinically grounded evidence that may help refine one of the most difficult decisions in acute care medicine.
In an era moving beyond static hemodynamic targets, this randomized trial highlights the clinical value of ultrasound-guided fluid resuscitation. Patients managed with dynamic assessment required less vasopressor support and achieved more vasopressor-free days during recovery from sepsis.
Combining whole genome sequencing with clinical outcome analysis, this study maps the evolving landscape of MRSA in Thailand, identifying dominant clones, resistance profiles, and factors linked to treatment failure in contemporary hospital practice.
As digital pathology moves closer to routine implementation, this study demonstrates strong concordance between whole slide imaging and conventional microscopy in breast biopsy interpretation, supporting the growing role of remote and fully digital diagnostic workflows.
