Primary Torsion of the Greater Omentum: Report of a Case

This is a case report of primary omental torsion that occurred in a 21-year-old man who presented
with right lower quadrant abdominal pain. His provisional diagnosis was appendicitis. He was explored for
appendicitis but the finding was twisted omentum.
