Risk Factors for Necrotizing Enterocolitis in Very Low Birth Weight Infants in a Tertiary Care Hospital
Early initiation of human milk may reduce the incidence of NEC. On the other hand, infants requiring extended PN and suffering septic shock were at an increased risk of developing NEC.

Perioperative and Neurological Complications after Open Thoracic Aortic Surgery in a High-Volume Aortic Surgery Center
The present study demonstrated a 30-day mortality rate of 4.6% after thoracic aortic surgery. Operations of the aortic arch and VISmax score >10 are associated with an increased risk of major postoperative complications. Reduction of rScO₂ during CPB is strongly associated with postoperative stroke.

Readmission Rate and Percentage of Drug used as Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy Before and After Checklist (QR Code) Implement in Heart Failure Treatment
The checklist (using QR code) implements before discharge in the heart failure reduced ejection fraction patients decreased rate of rehospitalization in 3-month from congestive heart failure. Checklist using increased adherence to beta-blockers but decreased prescribing ACEI/ARB/ARNI drugs.

Effectiveness of Aerosol Filtration by Mechanical Filter, Electrostatic Filter, and Electrostatic Filter with Heat Moisture Exchanger in Healthy Volunteers Nebulized with Normal Saline: A Randomized Crossover Trial
Mechanical filter, electrostatic filter, and electrostatic with HME lessened the number of particle dispersion into the environment compared with no filter attached to the nebulization equipment.

Short-Term Efficacy of Repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation for Chronic Low Back Pain: A Double-Blinded Randomized Control Trial
Repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation (rPMS), combined with exercise and behavioral modifications, reduces pain and disability in chronic low back pain patients. However, the change in VAS scores did not exceed the minimal clinically important difference (MCID), suggesting limited clinical impact.
